Fasting is one of the oldest curing methods
that strengthens immunity and neurosystem, helps to prevent
diseases, achieve psychical and psychical balance. Fasting
also prevents aging. This kind of profound inner cleansing
restores cells, improves metabolism as well as the functions
of many organs and tissues. During five to seven day fasting
cure the body weight decreases on average by 0.5-1 kg per
day.
